Hello! We are Nigel and Jane Matthews. We're a farming family from the UK that fell in love with Exuma 5 years and brought the beautiful The Blue Marlin House. We would like to share it with you and we hope you enjoy your stay.

Why we chose Moss Town

The Blue Marlin House is exceptionally well located for all amenities and situated in the middle of Tar Bay. Allowing us to enjoy the long beach walks on this magnificent 2 mile beach. Tar bay is by far the best location on Exuma.

What makes this House unique

The Blue Marlin has every thing to offer...  ocean swimming , the long silver sands , heated swimming pool and hot tub. There's a fabulous outside bar and grill and breath taking panoramic views.
